REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration is open until 28 March 28 2025, 11:30 PM Philippine Time.
Please follow the PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS below and settle your registration fees prior to registering for the ASMPH 2nd Asian Functional Medicine Conference as you will be asked to upload your proof of payment.
Please remember to write your name on the validated proof of payment to allow us to verify your payment.

Please be reminded that you can only register ONCE. Any subsequent registration by the same person will be considered invalid.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PHILIPPINE PARTICIPANTS:
a. Following the designated registration rates, you may scan the QR code below to pay for your registration fee.
b. After selecting your payment option, please select "Donor" under Category.
c. Input your personal details and the amount due.
d. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully paid for the conference fee. Please take a screenshot and write your name on the proof of payment before uploading in the registration form.
e. To pay, scan the QR code or click the PAY HERE button.
f. We accept e-wallet payments (GCASH, GrabPay) and online bank transfers (BDO, BPI, and Union Bank).
FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS:
a. Following the designated registration rates, you may pay via credit card here:
b. Under REFERENCE NUMBER, write down 850078020 and input the amount due as well as your personal details.
c. Please take a screenshot and write your name on the proof of payment before uploading in the registration form.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
For ALL PARTICIPANTS, a message with the subject “Your Registration is Received” will be sent to your email after your successful registration. This will be followed by a verification email with the subject “Your Registration is Verified” within 5 to 7 days. Kindly check for both email messages in your INBOX and SPAM folders.
For those attending onsite, please bring a copy of your verification email to confirm your successful registration while for those attending online, your Zoom link to access the conference will be forwarded to your email on March 26, 2025 (a week prior to the convention). All participants will have access to the lectures on demand for 3 months after the convention.
