REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration is open until 28 January 2026, 11:30 PM Philippine Time.
Please follow the PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS below and settle your registration fees prior to registering for the ASMPH 3rd Asian Functional Medicine Conference as you will be asked to upload your proof of payment.
Please remember to write your name on the validated proof of payment to allow us to verify your payment.

Please be reminded that you can only register ONCE. Any subsequent registration by the same person will be considered invalid.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PHILIPPINE PARTICIPANTS:
a. Following the designated registration rates, you may scan the QR code or click the PAY HERE below to pay for your registration fee.
b. We accept e-wallet payments (GCASH, GrabPay) and online bank transfers (BDO, BPI, and Union Bank).
c. After selecting your payment option, please select "Donor" under Category.
d. Input your personal details and the amount due.
e. “Under “Payee”, place the name that you would like to appear on your official receipt. For those who will include their company name in the receipt, please follow the format [Participant Name] / [Company Name] (Example: Juan dela Cruz / Ateneo).”
f. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully paid for the conference fee. Please take a screenshot and write your name on the proof of payment before uploading in the registration form.
FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS:
a. Following the designated registration rates, you may pay via credit card here:
b. Under REFERENCE NUMBER, write down 850078020 and input the amount due as well as your personal details.
c. “Under “Payee”, place the name that you would like to appear on your official receipt. For those who will include their company name in the receipt, please follow the format [Participant Name] / [Company Name] (Example: Juan dela Cruz / Ateneo).”

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
For ALL PARTICIPANTS, you will receive a copy of your responses on your registered email which will signify that we have received your registration. After 5-7 days, once your payment has been verified, you will receive a verification email with the subject “You’re good to go! Confirming your registration for the 3rd Asian Functional Medicine Conference,” signifying your successful registration. Kindly check for both email messages in your INBOX and SPAM folders.
For onsite attendees, please present a copy of your verification email to the Registration team upon arrival at the conference. All attendees (onsite and online) will receive their unique Zoom link to access the conference via their registered email address on February 5, 2026 (the day before the convention). .
