1. When is the start and end of registration?
Registration is currently open. Last day of registration is until 28 January 2026 at 11:30 PM Philippine time.
2. Is there a Registration Fee?
Yes, please see rates below.
3. Is this a HYBRID convention?
Yes, but only onsite participants will have access to both face to face and the online platform. Online participants will not be permitted to attend onsite. Once you have chosen, no switching of platforms will be allowed. All participants will have access to the lectures on demand for 3 months after the convention.

5. Do I need to pay before I register?
Yes. Please pay for the conference fees before filling up the registration form as you will need to upload your proof of payment.
6. How do I pay for my registration fee?

7. How do I know if my payment is successful?
You will receive an email once you have successfully paid for the conference fee. Please take a screenshot of this email and write your name on the screenshot before uploading to the registration form as your proof of payment.
8. How do I know if my registration is successful?
You will receive a copy of your responses on your registered email which will signify that we have received your registration. After 5-7 days, once your payment has been verified, you will receive a verification email with the subject “You’re good to go! Confirming your registration for the 3rd Asian Functional Medicine Conference,” signifying your successful registration. Kindly check for both email messages in your INBOX and SPAM folders.
9. How can we access the convention?
For onsite attendees, please present a copy of your verification email to the Registration team upon arrival at the conference. All attendees (onsite and online) will receive their unique Zoom link to access the conference via their registered email address on February 5, 2026 (the day before the convention).
10. Do I get an official Receipt for my Payment for this convention?
Yes. An electronic copy of your official receipt will be sent to your registered email address along with the verification email. The name indicated in the official receipt will show what you have entered in the PAYEE field in the payment gateway.
11. Do you accept Group Registrations and are there any group discounts available?
Yes. Group registration is offered for Philippine onsite participants who wish to register under a single payment transaction/receipt. For every group of 5 participants, one more may register for free (5+1). Refer to the table above (FAQ #2) for the group discount rate.
12. Do you allow cancellation of registration fees or substitution of participants?
NO. Cancellations or refund of registration fees are not allowed. However, substitution of participants will be permitted if coordinated with the registration team on or before 28 January 2026 (a week prior to the actual convention).

ON ACQUIRING CPD POINTS AND
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE FOR THE CONFERENCE
1. How many CPD points can I earn from attending this conference?
The CPD points you can earn depend on the total approved units by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) of Medicine and Nutrition and Dietetics. Once the PRC evaluates and grants accreditation, we will notify all participants of the exact points awarded.
2. Do I need to attend the entire conference to earn CPD points?
Yes, full attendance is required to earn CPD points. Attendance will be monitored as follows:
Onsite Participants: Attendance sheets will be available at the registration area. You are required to physically sign the attendance sheet for each day of the conference.
Online Participants: Your time on the online platform will be tracked automatically. The system will monitor your login and logout times, and this will serve as proof of attendance.
3. What is the process for documenting my CPD points?
At the end of the conference, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance with the corresponding CPD units indicated. This certificate serves as proof of your participation and can be submitted during PRC license renewal.
4. What requirements do I need to fulfill to claim my CPD points?
To claim CPD points, you must meet the following requirements:
Onsite Participants:
Sign the attendance sheet at the registration area for each day attended.
Accomplish the evaluation and post-test at the end of the conference.
Online Participants:
Ensure you remain logged into the online platform for the full duration of the required sessions. Your time on the platform will be tracked to serve as proof of attendance.
Accomplish and submit the evaluation and post-test at the end of the conference.
5. How will I get my Certificate of Attendance?
Your certificate of attendance will be sent to your registered email address after you have answered the evaluation and post-test within 1 week after the convention.
6. Are the CPD points earned applicable for professionals in both Medicine and Nutrition and Dietetics?
Yes, this conference has applied for both councils, Medicine and Nutrition and Dietetics. The CPD points earned will apply to the respective professions, depending on your field of practice.
7. How will I know if the PRC has approved CPD points for this conference?
The organizers have submitted the necessary application to the PRC. Once approved, the CPD Council for Medicine and Nutrition and Dietetics will release the accreditation number and corresponding CPD points. Updates will be communicated to all registered participants.
8. Can international participants earn CPD points from this conference?
CPD points accredited by the PRC are primarily intended for licensed professionals in the Philippines. For international participants, the certificate of attendance can be used in your local accrediting bodies subject to their local regulations.
9. Will there be additional fees to process my CPD points?
No, the processing of CPD points is included in your registration fee.
